1. Agreement Overview

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Tidal Soft Wash Solutions LLC ("Company") and the Client. By signing this document or electronically approving an estimate or work order, the Client agrees to all terms listed below.

2. Scope of Work

The Company will provide exterior cleaning services as described in the approved estimate, including but not limited to:

• House washing
• Roof soft washing
• Concrete cleaning
• Wood deck cleaning & staining
• Rust and oil stain treatment
• Additional services as listed in the project description

No guarantees are made regarding results beyond what is expressly stated.

3. Terms & Conditions

3.1 Legally Binding Agreement

Approval of the estimate constitutes a legally binding contract. Deposits are non-refundable and will be retained as liquidated damages in the event of cancellation by the Client.

3.2 Manufacturer Warranties

All warranties are limited to those issued by product manufacturers. The Company provides no additional warranties, express or implied. Concerns regarding work must be reported immediately.

3.3 Water Supply

The Client agrees to provide on-site water access at no charge. The water supply must be active and functional prior to arrival. Additional charges apply if water is unavailable.

3.4 Electrical Supply

The Client agrees to provide access to a functioning exterior power source as necessary. Additional fees apply if an alternate power source must be supplied.

3.5 Wood Color & Tone Variations

Natural variations in wood species, weathering, and density may cause differences in staining appearance. Final color uniformity is not guaranteed.

3.6 Safety & Site Access

The Client must keep children, pets, and all individuals clear of the work zone during service and for 24 hours following completion.

3.7 Payments & Late Fees

All payments are due immediately upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, debit, or credit. Late fees apply to unpaid balances. Client agrees to pay all collection costs.

3.8 Scheduling & Weather Delays

Weather conditions may affect scheduling. The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to timelines but does not guarantee exact start or completion dates.

3.9 Removal of Personal Items

All outdoor items (furniture, décor, grills, plants, etc.) must be removed from work areas by the Client. If the Company removes items, it assumes no liability for damage or storage issues. Additional labor charges may apply.

3.10 Pre-Existing Damage & Property Condition

The Company is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Loose or improperly installed siding, shingles, gutters, or windows
• Wood rot or structural defects
• Faulty electrical fixtures or exposed wiring
• Unsealed doors/windows
• Loose mortar or deteriorated masonry
• Fading, oxidation, or surface wear revealed during washing

Power washing can expose pre-existing defects not visible prior to cleaning.

3.11 Stains Not Guaranteed Removable

Some stains may not fully remove, including:

• Tree sap
• Artillery fungus
• Rust
• Oil or grease
• Paint overspray
• Deep organic growth

The Company will attempt removal but does not guarantee complete elimination.

3.12 Watertight Requirements

The Client is responsible for ensuring the structure is weather-tight. The Company is not liable for water intrusion resulting from poor seals or defective construction.

3.13 Window Spotting

Window spotting may occur during washing. Window cleaning is not included unless specified in the contract.

3.14 Concrete Cleaning Limitations

Cleaning may reveal imperfections, discoloration, cracks, or variations in concrete. Rust, oil, and deep organic stains may lighten but may not fully disappear.

4. Additional Service-Specific Terms

4.1 Roof Cleaning Limitations

Soft washing removes organic growth but may not eliminate black streaking from shingle deterioration. Loose granules, aging shingles, or structural defects may become visible after cleaning.

4.2 Chemical Use Disclosure

Professional cleaning solutions may be applied. The Client must notify the Company of sensitive areas in advance. Chemical use may affect delicate materials or plants.

4.3 Plant & Landscape Protection

The Company takes reasonable precautions but is not responsible for damage to stressed, unhealthy, or sensitive plants.

4.4 Client Preparation Requirements

The Client agrees to:

• Ensure windows and doors are closed
• Move vehicles away from work areas
• Disable automatic sprinklers
• Turn off exterior lights
• Notify the Company of fragile wiring, loose fixtures, or problem areas

Failure to prepare may result in additional charges or delays.

4.5 Liability Limitations

Liability is limited to the total cost of the service performed. The Company is not liable for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
• Damage to items left in the work area
• Property damage caused by pre-existing defects

4.6 Authorization to Photograph Work

The Client grants permission for job-site photos for documentation and marketing. No personal identifying information will be shared. Clients may opt out by providing written notice.
